When I was able to log in a little while ago, the only skills that were boosted were the ones I never had. My existing skills did not boost whatsoever. What's the deal, ccp?

How's it that u guys get 300-400 or more sp with existing skills boosted and I dont get jack? CCP, what's going on???

ok, guys, here's the thing:
I am logged in, and from what I can see, the only skills that got boosted were the ones that we never had. The only skills that were not boosted are the ones that we have currently.
